RETURN & REFUNDS We’re sorry if there was a problem with your order, we may be able to help, email our customer services at [email protected].  There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product. You can return your unwanted and unused item(s) by post within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. 

• You have 14 calendar day to return an item form the date you received it. 
• Only items that have been purchased directly from us can be returned
• Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning is repacked with all the elements it was received with.
• Item(s) will not be refunded if they are opened, unless faulty.
